Defragmenting Your Computer

1. Click on the "Start Menu" in the lower left hand corner of the desktop.

2. Mouse over "Programs", then "Accessories", then "System Tools" and finally, click on "Disk Defragmenter".

3. Within the Disk Defragmenter, select the desired drive and then click "Analyze".

4. When it is finished analyzing the machine, click on the "Defragment" button.

5. Defragmenting can take up to a couple hours so please be patient.

6. When Defragmenting finishes, click the "Close" button.
