Windows Live Saftey Center

1. Open your browser to the Windows Live Saftey Center website and click on Full Service Scan.

2. It will ask you to install the software, click on Install Now.

3. It might ask you to Install an Active-X Control, follow the onscreen directions until it prompts you to Install.

4. In the bottom right corner of your screen, it might ask if you want to allow the program, click Allow.

5. Launch the Scan.

6. For best results do the Complete Scan and click Next (Note: The Complete Scan will take 1-2hrs or more depending on the speed of your computer).

7. Allow the program time to Scan your computer.

8. After Completion, follow the onscreen prompts to remove found viruses or system problems. If none are found, click Next to complete the Scan.

9. You might consider downloading the Windows OneCare Live program to protect your computer, otherwise click Done to close the window.
