Removing Peer to Peer File Sharing Software and Files

The International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) has created a small application that can help identify and delete file sharing software and files that could potentially subject you to a Digital Millenium Copyright Act complaint. Such a complaint would generally result in a 2 week network access suspension and completion of a copyright education quiz.

You can download Digital File Check to help clear your machine of this kind of software and data. There is even a tutorial to demonstrate how it works.
